Zone budgets
What each zone has to spend, and how members ask to spend it.
Every zone has a budget for supplies and upkeep. The totals below are public: each zone’s money put in, spent, held (requests approved or waiting that are not paid yet), and what is left to ask for. They show no names and no transactions.

Zone bosses can ask to spend from their own zone's budget. The president and the treasurer can ask for any zone or the General fund. You prove who you are with the email address you gave Columbia Gadget Works and the last two digits of your member code (for example 05).
Reimburse me is for something you already bought: attach the receipt, and file it within 60 days. Request for purchase is for something you want the treasurer to buy: give the web link and the total price. The zone boss approves up to $100 if the zone has the money; anything bigger, any General fund request, and a boss's own request need the treasurer and one other director. Nobody approves their own.
