Member voting
Bylaw changes and the board, decided by secret ballot.
Full members vote on changes to the bylaws and elect the board at the annual meeting, the second Thursday of every April. The notice comes by email at least 14 days before. Voting opens during the meeting and stays open for 8 days. Every voter gets a personal ballot link by email, and the ballot is secret: the system records that you voted, never how.
Who can vote: full members (Standard or Supporter) in good standing who have been members for at least 30 days when voting opens. The details are in How we decide.
Lost your ballot email?
Type the email on your member record and the last two digits of your member number (the number on your badge, for example 13 for CGW-13). If you can vote and have not voted yet, we email your ballot link again.
If that email and number match a voter who has not voted yet, the ballot is on its way. Check your spam folder too. Still nothing? Write to the Secretary.
